My Day With A Prince

I had a treat today, just as I do once a week when I get to spend time with a sweet little prince. I drove to Salt Lake and picked him up at his home after feeding him a delicious breakfast. When we arrived back at my house, we first spent a little tummy time. Then we worked out our abs.

He has quite a little workout routine. He showed me how he rolls back and forth and around. Then he worked on his balance while he sat on his royal little diapered bottom. Then he practiced that while he helped with the laundry.

In fact, we worked so hard that soon it was time for a little nap: After a little 2 1/2 hour snooze we were a little hungry, so I put the little prince in his special eating throne and he dined on squash and peaches.

Then we greeted Aunt Cami when she returned from school and helped her practice the piano for a while. I was very impressed with the budding talents of the young prince.

Then we got in the car for a "Great-Grand" Adventure. The Great-Grand of course, was Great-Grandma Wilkes and Poppa Doran. They had their house all decorated for the holidays. The little Prince was fascinatedwith everything he saw...the Christmas tree, the turkey, the bells, but especially thesinging/dancing moose that sang "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer". It really got us in the Christmas mood. They were very impressed with all of the new tricks that the little prince performed for them and we had a great visit.

Next, we made a visit to Aunt Amber at the Honda dealership. She taught the little prince important skills such as answering a business phone, working on a computer and then showed him around the showroom so that he could learn about the different models. She also introduced him to some of her fellow employees. He had a fabulous time...

After working so hard and also because I had promised him a little something special for getting his first 2 teeth, we went SHOPPING! It was hard to know when to quit because we were having such fun, but we definately made some great purchases!


On the way home, my sweet little friend drifted off into another well-deserved nap.

He woke up in time to have another little bite to eat and play with his aunts and his Grandpa

before his dad came to pick him up. We had so much fun that I think we'd better do it again,

But don't expect us to share EVERYTHING next time. :)
